Sunless Sisters Return and Refund Policy
At Sunless Sisters, our goal is to support you with high quality education, pro resources, and sunless essentials that elevate your artistry. If something is not the right fit, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Terms of Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for physical products. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Digital products, trainings, guides, and online education are non refundable due to the instant access nature of these offerings.
Condition of Items
Products must arrive in new condition with seals and packaging fully intact. Opened bottles, used pro supplies, and partially used items cannot be returned.
Reasons for Return
We accept returns for:
• Damaged or defective items
• Incorrect items received
• Exchanges for different formulas or undertones
• Issues affecting product usability
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 72 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, email support@sunlesssisters.co with your order number and a brief explanation. Our team will respond with approval and next steps.
Please wait for return approval before shipping the item back.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received or store credit can be issued if preferred.
