Return and Refund Policy

At Sunless Sisters, LLC, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality education, mentorship, and business resources that help beauty professionals grow and succeed. Because our products include immediate access to digital materials, live coaching, and downloadable resources, all sales are considered final upon purchase.
1. Digital Courses and Online Education
All digital course sales are non-refundable. Once you enroll or gain access to a course, training, or online masterclass, you receive instant access to proprietary materials and downloadable content that cannot be returned.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, please email support@sunlesssisters.co, and our team will ensure your access is restored promptly.
2. Coaching, Mentorship, and Consultations
All private or group coaching sessions, mentorship calls, and consulting packages are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before a session may result in forfeiture of that session at the company’s discretion.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings as results vary based on individual effort, implementation, and business factors.
3. Digital Templates and Downloads
All digital downloads, guides, templates, and resources are final sale due to their instant, accessible nature. Once a file has been delivered or accessed, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed.
4. Physical Products
If you purchased a physical product (such as branded merchandise or retail items) directly from Sunless Sisters:
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement eligibility.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@sunlesssisters.co with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.
5. Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a course or product is considered a breach of these terms. Sunless Sisters, LLC reserves the right to revoke access to all content and pursue recovery of funds and fees incurred by such disputes.
